Do to a recent October 7th nonviolent civil disobedience action, Trudy's hands were injured by the arresting captain. The action was photographed by the NY Daily News, Washington Post and many independent journalists. Here are some of the photos and videos. Trudy was with Alice Sutter and Pura Barakos. They are now plaintiffs in a formal case against the NY Police Department charging 'excessive force'.
